This past weekend was a living, breathing example of how unprepared I am for most things that happen in life - in both the metaphysical sense as well as a philosophical one. In the span of 24 hours, I found myself unprepared for multiple circumstances including:
- an entire family meltdown after a long and trying week
- the drive-by hugging that ended with me in a pile of tears praying I could just stop crying
- the joy of ministering to and with other women who are struggling with just as many real issues as I am
- a boy scout event- where you are ALWAYS supposed to be prepared
