Are You Burdened?

This statement can yield a positive answer as well as a negative one and let's face it, most of the world would answer in the negative tone and tell you all their problems and why they can't do this or God can't use them because...(fill in the blank).

But I pose this question to you and to myself...Are you burdened? 

Are you burdened with the things of God that He wants you to share? 

Are you burdened with the things of this world that break the heart of God? 

Are you burdened with the desire to carry the burdens of those around you so they can feel how light the yoke of God really is? 

Are you burdened with a passion to see the last, the lost and the least reached, delivered, healed and whole?

Are you burdened with the ideal of doing everything you can in this life to carry out the mission God put you here to complete?

Are you burdened? Am I?

I had to honestly ask myself these things, and the answer is sometime NO.  No I am not burdened in this way, but I want to be.  God, I want to be burdened with the things you are concerned with.  I want to be passionate about sharing your heart and I want to see people made whole by your power, for your glory.  Show me how.  Everyday.  Show me how to be burdened for your glory.
